How to Stamp Using the Oappso Stamp App

To apply stamps to a customer’s card, follow these simple steps:

• Download the Oappso Stamp App:

  • You can find the app on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by searching for 'Oappso Stamp'.

  • Alternatively, click the relevant link below from your mobile device to download it directly.

• Log In:

  • Use the same login details you use for Oappso Loyalty web. (Ask Amber if you need the login information.)

• Grant Camera Access:

  • When you open the app, make sure to allow access to your device’s camera.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).

• Start Scanning:

  • Tap 'Stamp!' in the app to get started.

  • Simply point your phone or tablet at the customer’s card (which will have a QR code on it) to scan it.

• Issue Rewards:

  • Once the customer has collected all the stamps, issue their reward.

  • You have complete flexibility to decide when to apply the stamps and issue rewards.

• Repeat the Process:

  • Continue scanning cards and issuing rewards as needed.

    
    

• Note - Anti-fraud protection is enabled through our Oappso digital loyalty subscription.

  Only the manager has access to the stamping password, helping us stay mindful of how and when rewards are issued — just to keep things fair and cost-effective.
