Amber is a passionate hairdresser and also our Salon Manager with over 10 years of experience, specialising in both colour and cutting, with a flair for bold transformations, seamless blondes and a good old bouncy blowdry! Amber has taken part in colour competitions, constantly pushing her creativity and staying on top of trends.  Also a certified hair extensionist and loves bringing extra glam with her hair tinsel- something she wears herself all year round! Whether it’s bridal styling, hair-ups, or a full colour refresh, Amber is all about making you feel confident and beautiful.

With over 32 years of experience in the hair industry, Andi brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to the salon. Having worked in Cambridge, Spain, Birmingham, and Solihull, Andi’s career has spanned both national and international stages. As an Artistic Director for the past 20 years, Andi is known for delivering both classic and contemporary styles with confidence and flair.Trained in Afro and curly hair, Andi’s skill set is as diverse as their background—from precision cutting and creative colouring to flawless hair-ups for bridal, formal, and catwalk looks. No matter the style, Andi’s expert touch ensures every client leaves feeling empowered and fabulous.

With 10 years of experience in the industry, Rachael—known lovingly as Barbie in the salon—is your go-to for all things blonde! Specialising in bright, beautiful blondes, she brings her signature glam style and high-energy vibe to every appointment.You’ll spot her strutting the salon floor in heels, spreading sparkle and good vibes wherever she goes. Whether it’s a fresh trim or a full restyle, Rachael’s goal is always the same: to have you walking out feeling confident, fabulous, and totally glam.

Sarah has been a proud part of the Cudmore’s family for over 20 years, growing and thriving within the salon since nearly the beginning. With a wealth of experience in both colour and cutting, she’s known for her flawless finishes and love of a strong blow dry.Sarah’s warm, chatty nature makes every appointment feel like catching up with an old friend. She takes real pride in making her clients feel amazing—both inside and out!

Danni is a home-grown talent who’s been part of our salon family for the past 6 years. With her bubbly personality and warm energy, she’s the kind of stylist who’ll make friends with just about anyone—even the window cleaners! She loves creating bold colour transformations and delivering beautiful blow dries that turn heads. When she’s not behind the chair, you might find her out fishing (yes, really!)—but don’t worry, there’s nothing fishy about her haircuts!

With over 21 years of experience—including a standout career with the globally acclaimed Toni & Guy—Gareth brings a rare combination of precision, artistry, and intellect to his work. His approach to hairdressing is both thoughtful and creative, grounded in a deep understanding of technique and trend. Gareth is not only a master of men’s grooming but is especially sought after for his signature women’s cuts, including sharp, textured bobs that are as flattering as they are fashion-forward.

With 21 years of experience in the industry, Anni is a true expert in both cutting and colouring, but her real passion lies in creating bold, vibrant looks. She’s rocked every shade of the rainbow herself, and her colourful personality is just as bright as her hair! Anni loves working with creative, crazy colours and knows how to make her clients feel completely at ease. A session with Anni is more than just a hair appointment—it’s therapy, laughter, and a guaranteed confidence boost all in one.

Mark has been at the heart of the salon on Prospect Lane for over 30 years. With a rich background in hairdressing and experience working across the globe, Mark brings a world of knowledge and a sharp eye for talent. Though he’s no longer hands-on behind the chair, his flair for discovering and nurturing top-tier stylists means your hair is always in the best hands. Alongside the salon, Mark also runs a highly successful business as the UK partner concierge for the renowned Natural Clinic in Istanbul, helping clients on their journey to feeling their very best.
